There will be a Call Group designed for AME Directors with a team of 3 or more as well as another Call Group for AME Directors who oversee the Guest Experience.
There will be a variety of Call Groups designed for Groups Directors from churches of various sizes interested in topics pertaining to groups and spiritual formation as well as Groups Directors interested in developing a strong coaching structure, leadership growth and formation with group ministry.

There will be a Call Group designed for Care Directors from churches of various sizes.
children’s
DESCRIPTION
There will be a variety of Call Groups designed for Preschool and Elementary Directors as well as those Children’s Directors of various sized churches and those using NPM KidMin curriculum.
community outreacH
DESCRIPTION
There will be a Call Group designed for leaders focused on community outreach.
DESCRIPTION
There will be a call group for Communication Directors with topics ranging from strategic communication planning to refining church branding, tone, and voice.
CommUNICATIONS
digital Strategies
DESCRIPTION
There will be a Call Group designed for leaders focused on learning how to better leverage digital tools to develop a cohesive and integrated strategy that ultimately amplifies engagement in the life and mission of our churches.
executive pastors
DESCRIPTION
There will be a variety of Call Groups designed for Executive Pastors/Directors who have a church-wide staff of various size churches and/or are multisite or actively pursuing a multisite growth plan.
family ministries
DESCRIPTION
There will be variety of Call Groups designed for Family Ministry Directors (oversee all of NextGen Ministry) who lead a team of 5 or more, and with a team of 4 or less.
guest experience
DESCRIPTION
There will be variety of Call Groups designed for Guest Experience Directors from churches of various sizes. There will also be Call Groups with a focus on church-wide volunteer engagement as well as first-time guest retention.
Lead pastor assistants
DESCRIPTION
There will be a Call Group designed for a team member in the Lead/Executive Pastors office, including Lead Pastor Assistant.
ministry services
DESCRIPTION
There will be variety of Call Groups designed for a director who mostly leads "Operations" (ie., accounting, facilities, HR, donor details, etc.)
service programming
DESCRIPTION
There will be variety of Call Groups designed for Service Programming Directors who have 0-3, and 4+ Full-Time Service Programming Team Members (including multi-site directors). There will also be Call Groups for Worship Directors, as well as Production Directors.
student ministry
DESCRIPTION
There will be variety of Call Groups designed for Middle School and High School Directors from churches of various sizes. In addition, there will be Call Groups for those who have been in Student Ministry 5+ years, as well as, those who are new to ministry and/or to ICN within the last 2 years.
