Explore Partnership
In every community, there are people that are far from God.
In every community, there needs to be a church…
…where people can belong before they believe
…that gives them a chance to meet the real Jesus
…where people can experience that God is FOR them.
For your community, maybe that’s your church.
If it is, wouldn’t your ministry benefit from working alongside other like-minded leaders?
Because, all of us can reach more people together than any of us can on our own.
why do we need another network?
It's Not about copy and paste.
It's about Innovation.
It's about Collaboration.
It's about Contextualization.
How does the network help you grow your church?
The Network helps you make your church more...
OUTWARD FACING:
We defy gravity that pulls us toward insiders and are committed to reaching unchurched people.
FOR YOUR COMMUNITY:
We embody God’s love through practical action directly in our communities.
COMMITTED TO INTENTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
We believe life change happens best in the context of community.
STRATEGICALLY ORGANIZED:
We unite out staff and volunteers around our vision and have clear ministry wins.
INTENT ON CREATING IRRESISTIBLE ENVIRONMENTS:
We pay close attention to what people see, hear, and experience.
FOCUSED ON THE NEXT GENERATION:
We prioritize and invest in children’s and student ministries.
...And That's what makes a church irressitible to people who are far from God.
What if there was a network of irresistible churches
helping each other to engage unchurched people
to inspire them to follow Jesus?
Why do we do this?
It’s about the vision... and not about any single church or leader.

Senior Pastor
Rivertown Community Church
I can confidently say that joining the Irresistible Church Network eight years ago has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our church. This partnership has not only strengthened our ministry but also helped us avoid pitfalls that could have hindered our mission or created unnecessary challenges. The insights, resources, and support from the network have been invaluable in helping us navigate the challenges of church leadership and ministry.
ICN has been a true lifeline for our team. The collaboration with other like-minded leaders has also been a tremendous source of encouragement and inspiration, reminding us that we’re not in this alone. If you’re looking for a way to focus your ministry for better outcomes while being surrounded by a community of leaders who are committed to making a lasting impact, I highly recommend joining the Irresistible Church Network.
Tanya Whitaker
Executive Pastor of Ministries,
Management Team Member
The Irresistible Church Network has provided invaluable coaching for our pastors and directors through call groups and individual coaching. It has been a source of community for our campus pastors and helped them understand that they’re not crazy!
When our church lost our lead pastor, the network immediately stepped in to help us connect with speakers to fill our pulpit as we regrouped and began a search process.
Through the networ our staff has had the opportunity to reach out and help other churches by sharing best practices and creative ideas. This has been a catalyst for their own growth as leaders. We are very grateful for the incredible team the Irresistible Church Network has assembled to lead and grow this important ministry, and we’re honored to serve together.

The Life Church
As church planters, we were hungry to learn and looking for a tribe to do life with on the journey. The authenticity and access that we’ve found with the Irresistible Church Network has provided us both the practical and spiritual capital needed to stay healthy and motivated. Additionally, our team has found great value in the monthly training and development, which gives them focused inspiration and insights. The Irresistible Church Network is the real deal.
Our team has the expertise to facilitate solutions.
FAQ
-
Partners have exclusive access to NPM's resources. So, they can if they wish and many do on occasion, but fewer than 10% of our Partners show Andy on a regular basis.
-
If it helps your church, you can copy as much as you like. Partners have exclusive access to both North Point's resources as well as many from other Partners.
However, the network is bound by "why" we do things more than "how" we do things.
Our collective vision is to create churches unchurched people love, and we trust that you can interpret what that means most effectively in your context.
-
All of our Partner churches are independent 501(c)(3) organizations. ICN does enter into contractual relationships with each church, but maintains no authority over their ministry.
-
Our churches are more aligned in vision and mission vs. the entirety of their beliefs.
That being the case, ICN's Statement of Faith is brief and concentrates on the core of our faith. We do seek alignment across the network at this level (you can reference our Theological Distinctives HERE), but we do not ask churches to adopt or replace their belief statements with ours.
