Matt Braun has been in full-time ministry for 30 years, both in student ministry and as a Lead Pastor. In 2007, Matt and his wife, Tina, started LifeHouse Church in Van Wert, Ohio with a core group. LifeHouse joined the Irresistible Church Network in 2011. Matt has been married to Tina for 30 years and has 4 grown children. He loves to play golf, root for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spend time outdoors with his family. Matt leads decisively and coaches clearly toward this model of ministry.

Andy McQuaid has been leading churches and start-ups to implement irresistible church strategies since 2002. He is the lead pastor of Lake Oconee Church in Georgia which began in 2013 and joined the Irresistible Church Network in 2014. McQuaid has been married to his wife Monica since 1993, and they have 3 boys and 2 daughters-in-law. In their spare time, he and his wife are renovating their house together and enjoy hiking to mountain waterfalls. Andy loves to invest in leaders and teams that are turning big vision into powerful realities -- especially those that create a different kind of church for all people not just church people.

Matt Johnson is the founding and lead pastor of Journey Church in Murray, KY, launched in 2005 by seven individuals. Journey was invited into the Irresistible Church Network in 2016. Matt met his wife, Jen, through Journey and they were married in 2007. They are the proud parents of two children. As a family, they enjoy time at the lake, exploring national parks, and conquering Disney World. Matt remains passionately engaged in making it simple for everyone to connect with Jesus by helping people create churches that people not in church love to experience.

Jeff Fuchs is the founding and lead co-pastor of Blount Community Church in Maryville, TN. BCC began with preview services in 2005 and officially launched in 2006. BCC joined the Irresistible Church Network in 2017. Married to Kim since 1991, Jeff is a proud father of two daughters involved in vocational ministry. He is passionate about his church, enjoys the outdoors, and loves camping with his family. Jeff is an adjunct seminary professor, coaches church planters, and consults with church leaders.
