Hubs of 21 years to Jennifer and Dad to Cooper (17), Madelyn (15), and Brooklyn (13). You can find me at your local YMCA, walking with my wifeand our dog, Buddy, or drinking coffee and listening to jazz on my front porch.

Eric brings over 15 years of ministry experience (with 12 of those years serving within the Irresistible Church Network partners) walking with people through seasons of growth, transition, and calling. His experience includes leading in student ministry, as well as college and singles ministries. At the heart of

Eric’s work is a deep desire to come alongside leaders—to listen well, offer encouragement, and help them navigate challenges. He is especially passionate about removing obstacles and creating space for leaders to serve from their God-given strengths, so they can steward their energy well and invest fully in the people and passions entrusted to them.
