The NPM Digital Services team—a unique blend of talent including coders, designers, communication strategists, and digital project managers—works to solve modern communications problems and create websites and mobile apps that serve as environments through which our guests travel. Fluent in digital and analog, we are here to do our part in helping communicate the greatest message ever told in modern and compelling ways to unchurched people.

DIGITAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
Last year, we sent over 12 million emails in over 2,200 individual communication campaigns. With text messaging as an addition to our toolset, we're passionate about helping send comprehensive and cohesive communication campaigns.

SYSTEM SECURITY AND PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
Digital products are never "done". They endure cyber attacks every day and they start to degrade the moment they launch. That's why we work proactively to maintain the sites and systems we've built so they function efficiently and securely well into the future. When content is out of date or errors occur, we quickly turn around updates so our ministries can get back to doing what they do best.

Whether it's a small change to a website or an entirely new project, everything starts with a conversation. Ministries explain the tension to manage, and together we will determine the problem to solve.

Our communication and development experts are ready to brainstorm ideas and solutions with our ministries. We make sure the right people are at the table so decisions are made efficiently and next steps are clear.

STEP 3: BUILD A SOLUTION.
Based on what's been discovered, our team will develop a solution that meets ministry requirements. Ministries review along the way so we never lose sight of their needs.

STEP 4: SUPPORT LONG-TERM.
We don't stop when the request has been completed. We perform regular maintenance on all our sites and systems, and we're always available to make a change if content is out of date or something needs fixed.
