PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Join us in shaping Sunday experiences that make it easy for people to
encounter Jesus and take their next step in following Him, by helping
lead the people, systems, and creative elements that bring each service to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and support the execution of excellent Sunday worship environments.
Recruit, equip, and care for production staff and volunteer teams.
Maintain clear communication and alignment between central and campus teams.
Support the planning and production of Sunday services and special events.
Manage systems, processes, and resources that support service programming.
Ensure environments are creative, technically excellent, and distraction-free.
