Vision: Help each student OWN their faith by aligning them with adults to help them navigate life.
Core Job Responsibilities
Monitor health and direction of Girl’s ministry
Develop and implement a team of woman to lead a Girl’s ministry
Develop deep relationships with girls
Aid in recruiting and developing Female Small Group Leaders
Provide input and assist in leadership of both MS and HS gatherings
Communicating from stage on a regular basis in either Middle or High School Worship (Optional)
Assist/Lead organization and logistics of events
Lead Social Media Accounts for Middle School and High School
Creative Responsibilities
Work with staff to create engaging environments to engage students’ hearts.
Creating content for social media
Creating sermon series graphics and other creative elements for services.
Special Event Support
Work with leaders to equip them for their role at special events
Be a resource and encouragement to leaders at the actual event
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
Assist in the general programming for Sundays
Assist in the weekly preparation for programming
Utilize individual gifts and talents (ex: speaking, music, curriculum, writings, etc.)
Prioritize and pursue her own relationship with Jesus Christ as a model to the rest of the staff
Applicant Qualifications
Must love Jesus
Must have interpersonal relationship skills and feel at home engaging teenagers and adults who love teenagers
Must be self-motivated and driven (but not results focused)
High-energy applicants will have a leg up with our students, but it is not a must
Hold office hours during the week and on Sunday mornings/evenings
Bachelor’s degree preferred
If we are successful, each student who walks through our doors will be invited and equipped to follow Jesus.
