Music Pastor

Steamboat Christian Center is looking for a Music Pastor to lead and shape the sound of our church. This role is intentional, creative, and serious about reaching people who aren't church people, using music to inspire people of all ages to follow Jesus.
What You’ll Do
Weekend Experiences
Lead and design the music for weekend experiences
Build and lead great teams of musicians and vocalists
Create engaging, meaningful environments that connect people to Jesus through music
Next Gen Music
Oversee music for Kids, Youth, and Young Adults
Develop and coach next-gen leaders and musicians
Keep the musical vision aligned across all ministries
Who You Are
An exceptional vocalist, strong musician and fantastic, open-handed leader
Comfortable leading teams, inspiring through vision, and building culture
Crazy passionate about inspiring unchurched people to be interested in Jesus
Extremely organized, collaborative, and self aware
Loves snow!
Bonus: you are obsessed with the Ennegram
