ANDY STANLEY
Andy is a pastor, communicator, author, and the founder of North Point Ministries, Inc. (NPM). Andy and Sandra have three adult children and one granddaughter and live in Milton, Georgia.

Rich Villodas is the Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a large, multiracial church with more than seventy-five countries represented in Elmhurst, Queens. Rich graduated with a BA in pastoral ministry and theology from Nyack College. He went on to complete his Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary. Rich is the author of 3 books, the award winning The Deeply Formed Life, Good and Beautiful and Kind and his most recent The Narrow Path. Dr. Chris Causey
Chris is the lead pastor of Encounter Church, and ICN Partner in Westwood, MA. He became a Christian in 2001 while studying biochemistry in college and has been in ministry for over 20 years. Chris’s most significant accomplishment was getting his lovely, smart, and charming wife, Ginny, to say yes to marrying him over 18 years ago. They have two adorable children.

Jason Jaggard is an entrepreneur, author, executive coach and speaker. His work has been translated into over 50 languages and has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, Entrepreneur and Chief Executive Magazine. He is the founder of Novus Global, an executive coaching firm working with Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, elected officials and some of the most famous entertainers on earth. He also co-founded and is on the faculty of The Meta Performance Institute, which helps coaches create six figure practices serving high performing leaders and teams. His next book, Beyond High Performance: What Great Coaches Know about How the Best Get Better is out this May, 2023.
Jake Mulder
Jake Mulder, PhD, is the assistant chief of leadership formation at Fuller Seminary, executive director for the non-degreed online Christian leader training platform FULLER Equip, and senior adviser for the Fuller Youth Institute and TENx10 Collaboration. He frequently speaks, coaches, and consults on congregational leadership and change. Passionate about helping individuals and churches achieve their full potential, Jake is the coauthor of Growing Young. He has a wide-ranging background of business and ministry roles, serves on the boards of Geneva Camp and Retreat Center and Baker Publishing Group, and lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife, Lauren, and sons Will and Theodore.
Kara Powell
Kara Powell, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), the founder of the TENx10 Collaboration, and the Chief of Leadership of Leadership Formation at Fuller Theological Seminary. Named by Christianity Today as one of “50 Women to Watch,” Kara speaks regularly at national parenting and leadership conferences, and is the author or co-author of a number of books including Faith Beyond Youth Group, 3 Big Questions that Change Every Teenager, Faith in an Anxious World, Growing With, Growing Young, The Sticky Faith Guide for Your Family, Sticky Faith Curriculum, Can I Ask That?, Deep Justice Journeys, Essential Leadership, Deep Justice in a Broken World, Deep Ministry in a Shallow World, and the Good Sex Youth Ministry Curriculum.
Duncan Banks
Duncan was born in 1963 and is still alive today. He has pastored churches in the UK for over 30 years before becoming the Director of The Further Faster Network in 2019. His passion is helping leaders grow their churches by reaching unchurched people. Prior to that he worked in retail management, been a touring actor, started a church from scratch, spoken at many conferences around the world and written two books along with numerous articles. Debbie is his best friend, fiercest critic and only wife. And if they lined up all the boys in the world he would pick Matthew, Nathan and Joe every time! His big weakness in life is a strong black coffee accompanied by a Jammy Dodger. His best advice for spicing up life is, ‘as much as possible, skip rather than walk’.
Chris High
Chris High is the founding and Lead Pastor of Hoboken Grace Community Church in Hoboken, NJ. Beginning with just five individuals committed to loving and serving their city, Hoboken Grace has consistently grown in its impact and reach for over sixteen years. It is one of three successful church plants that Chris has been part of in the New York Metro area over his past twenty years of ministry. During that time, he also coached and trained coaches for Redeemer City to City and ICN. Chris is a powerful communicator and is regarded as an expert in urban church planting and leadership development. Chris and his wife, Ana, live in Hoboken with their three boys where they enjoy the beauty and energy of urban life.
