Service Program Director

Primary responsibilities:
Production of weekend services (20%)
Ensure the weekend services run smoothly with as minimal distractions as possible as defined by Sunday Service Wins
Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Worship Pastor to create opportunities for creative elements during the service aligned with the rules of engagement funnel
Oversight of Audio and Visual Team and Elements (35%)
Provide vision and direction for Tech Team:sound, video, lights, online service, youtube,
podcastVolunteer recruitment and training
Installation and maintenance of audio/visual/streaming equipment
Weekly management of slides (Propresenter), lights, sound, and streaming of services
Volunteer Care
Creative (20%)
Film and edit videos that share what God is doing in the lives of Eastwind
Graphic Support for Eastwind’s pillars
Music Preparation (15%)
Song selection
Track set-up and management
Scheduling & PCO management
Lead or Play in the Sunday Band occasionally (If applicant possess these skills)
Lead or Play in the Band 2x a month for Student Ministry (If applicant possess these skills)
Develop current and future musicians (If applicant possess these skills)
Additional Administrative Support (10%)
Assist in general administrative duties for Worship/Tech/Life Groups
Website Maintenance (Ensuring information is updated such as service times and events)
Coding is not a required or expected skill.
