Transit Director (Newnan Campus)
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The Transit Director inspires and equips middle school students to follow Jesus by creating environments where they can prioritize their relationship with Jesus, influence their friends, experience personal ministry, and discover a faith of their own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and equip a healthy, growing volunteer team.
Create excellent weekly large-group experiences for middle school students.
Build strong partnerships with parents,schools, and community ministries.
Lead key Transit events and student transition experiences.
Support campus and multi-campus strategy through clear communication and teamwork.
REPORTS TO:
Lead Pastor
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday
(occasional Fridays and Saturdays)
SALARY:
Based on education and experience
