Make it stand out

Dr. Tim Elmore is founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. His work grew out of 20 years of serving alongside Dr. John C. Maxwell. Elmore has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, USA Today, Psychology Today, and he’s been featured on CNN’s Headline News, Fox Business, Newsmax TV and Fox and Friends to talk about leading multiple generations in the marketplace. He has written over 35 books, including Habitudes: Images That Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes, Eight Paradoxes of Great Leadership, and A New Kind of Diversity: Making the Different Generations on Your Team a Competitive Advantage.

Ashley Bohinc has dedicated the last 20 years to serving teenagers in educational, athletic, and ministry settings. With her vast experience, she most recently led the middle school strategy at Orange, demonstrating her ability to create effective and impactful curriculum and resources. She has written two influential books, "Communicating to Middle Schoolers" and "The Art of Group Talk for Teenage Girls," showcasing her expertise in communication and connection with young people. Furthermore, Ashley is the esteemed host of the renowned Rethinking Youth Ministry Podcast, where she cultivates conversations around important topics in the ministry space.

Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of Carry 117, a ministry in Ethiopia which focuses on orphan prevention and family preservation by empowering women.

Billy Phenix works as the executive director of Staff Culture at North Point Ministries and leads the Staff Culture Team. Since joining the staff in 2000, he has served in a variety of areas around North Point, including singles, students, and children’s ministries, Starting Point, and lead pastor of Buckhead Church.

Prior to joining NPM in 2000, Billy worked in full-time student ministry and as a corporate architect for Chick-fil-A, Inc. Billy is an Atlanta native, Georgia Tech grad, and currently lives in East Cobb. He’s a huge fan of his wife, Joy, daughter, Ellie (a student at the University of Tennessee), and their flunked out helping dog, black Labrador retriever named Moose.

Scott Cormode (PhD, Yale University), an ordained Presbyterian minister, is the Hugh De Pree Professor of Leadership Development at Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California. He is a senior fellow at the Max De Pree Center for Leadership and the Fuller Youth Institute. Cormode founded the Academy of Religious Leadership and the Journal of Religious Leadership.
