What is One-on-One Coaching?
Monthly 1:1 coaching and consulting for the challenges specific to your church:
Coaching is facilitated by a vetted, trusted coach affiliated with the Irresistible Church Network with experience coaching and leading within your ministry area.
Coaches leverage Irresistible Church principles, best practices, and systems so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
Coaches will work with you to proactively develop a customized coaching plan that meets your development needs while leaving room to address situational challenges that arise in ministry.
Coaching recipients meet monthly with their coaches and engagements last for a year with the opportunity to extend as desired.
At the end of the year, coaching recipients will receive a year-in-review summary highlighting the development areas they have pursued with their coach.
How Does It Work?
In your first two years, 1-2 coaching relationships are included with Partnership depending on the size of your church staff.
After your first two years, you can add coaching or extend existing relationships as you wish at more than 25% off our public coaching rates.
